Didn’t receive order

I ordered 2 blades and didn’t receive my order, called the store they said they’d give me a tracking order via email the next day. Didn’t receive it. Called the following day he said call back in 15 minutes, I gave him 30 minutes it went straight to VM. I told him I’m going to get a lawyer involved if I don’t hear back from him, he never responded. Bad company to try to get an order out of them.
