Looks nice but bad design

I bought it at a small store in Helen, looked nice and cheap. Later i was inspecting how its folded and what stops it from hitting the pins. I found out that it was a small piece of plastic/rubber and it had been cut through by the spring assist. The knife started hitting the medal and cut through a bit of it some how The knife is really just for looks and not an EDC.
