Love these —but…

My wife bought these a couple years ago we absolutely love them. The weight, the balance, the sharpness all perfect. But the coating on the handles is starting to come off. I’d say thats ok if I was sending them through the dishwasher, but from day 1 they have always been hand washed. Just my 2¢ worth
