i reviewed my order early july, but now, more than a month later, i come back to say that i actually did recieve my knife, albeit a month after i ordered it. i wouldn't have cared very much about the wait, but no one ever responded to me.
I didn't think to pay attention to all the negative reviews down here until I ordered my knife. The website brags about fast shipping, but after 5 days I hadn't heard anything from the company, even though I was told I'd get an email when my knife shipped. I sent a polite email inquiring when I'd get my knife, but days have gone by and I haven't heard anything. It's been almost 10 days and there is no update on the tracking app. . I found this exact knife on Amazon for $15 less. It's not worth it!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT A KNIFE
Never received item. No response to emails. Phone calls go to random numbers that go unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
No response to emails and the phone number is some guys cell phone that never gets answered
Ordered 2 knives and an axe for fathers day gifts. Had about three weeks to get it to me and it did not arrive on time. I still have not received the are. Probably won't use them again.
