Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must also be in the same original packing.

We do not pay for the return postage unless item is found defective within 24 hours after its receipt. If item is defective upon receipt we will issue return label but please contact us first and explain the problem to get authorization

Refund
Once an item is returned you can either choose an exchange at no additional cost to you or opt for a full refund (the cost of item plus any shipping that you may have paid). Once we have received the package and examined its content we will issue your full refund. Refund processing may take 3-5 days after an item is received
